Overview

Shopeleganteo provides seasonal yard maintenance services rather than physical products. This Return Policy governs service cancellations, refunds, and satisfaction guarantees for our seasonal yard maintenance services including autumn cleanup, winter protection, and spring revival services.

Service Cancellation

You may cancel your seasonal yard maintenance service agreement at any time by providing written notice to us. Cancellation requests should be submitted via email to info@shopeleganteo.world or in writing to our business address. The effective date of cancellation will be the date we receive and acknowledge your cancellation request.

Cancellation Terms by Plan

Cancellation terms vary based on your selected maintenance plan:

  • Basic Plan: Requires 7 days written notice before the next scheduled service
  • Standard Plan: Requires 14 days written notice before the next scheduled service
  • Premium Plan: Requires 30 days written notice before the next scheduled service

If you cancel with less than the required notice period, you may be responsible for payment for the next scheduled service.

Refund Policy

Refunds for prepaid seasonal yard maintenance services are calculated as follows:

  • Services already completed are non-refundable
  • Prepaid amounts for future services will be refunded on a prorated basis
  • A cancellation fee may apply if cancellation occurs within the notice period
  • Refunds exclude any discounts or promotional pricing that may have been applied

Example: If you prepaid for a full season of services and cancel halfway through, you will receive a refund for the remaining unused portion, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our seasonal yard maintenance services. If you are not satisfied with any service performed, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will:

  • Investigate your concerns promptly
  • Work with you to address any issues
  • Provide a re-service or partial refund at our discretion
  • Make reasonable efforts to ensure your satisfaction

Satisfaction guarantees do not apply to issues caused by weather conditions, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control.

Refund Processing

Approved refund requests will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Services that have already been completed
  • Cancellation fees as specified in your service agreement
  • Services cancelled due to customer violation of service agreement terms
  • Services that cannot be completed due to customer-provided incorrect information

Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks may result in additional fees and may affect your ability to use our services in the future. We will work in good faith to resolve any disputes promptly and fairly.
